The product must be in its original packaging, in excellent condition, without any of the special markings (tags) removed. The product must be accompanied by the completed return form, which you will find inside the shipping package. You may exchange the product for another one or request a refund of the product’s value.
We cover the return cost if you received a wrong or defective product. Otherwise, the return cost is borne by the customer.
For purchases from Greece made by Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay/Google Pay, IRIS, PAYPAL, KLARNA, returns are FREE. Please select “recipient charge” for returns via Geniki Taxydromiki and Courier Center. For Box Now, no special selection is required.
For hygiene reasons, cosmetics (BEAUTY category), earrings, underwear (bottoms), shapewear, face protection masks, scented candles and diffusers cannot be exchanged or returned. Swimwear can be exchanged or returned provided that the tags and the protective adhesive strip have not been removed and the product remains in its original condition.
