Which payment methods does your website accept?
Credit/Debit Card
You can opt to pay by credit, debit or prepaid card. shop.matfashion.com accepts: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro. In some cases, an authorization may be requested from the issuing bank.
The installments are set up as follows:
- 31-60€ - 2 installments
- 61-120€ - 3 installments
- 121€ or more - 6 installments
Apple Pay
Apple Pay is available when shopping on Apple devices. Before you can use Apple Pay, you must activate it in your Apple account and device.
Google Pay
Google Pay is available on Android devices. Make sure you are logged in with your Google ID. If necessary, enter your billing, delivery and contact details to confirm payment.
IRIS
After selecting IRIS as your payment method, you will be prompted to choose your bank from a list of cooperating banks and automatically directed to the secure environment of e-Banking. You fill in your e-Banking credentials, and your order details will be displayed. You select the account you want to be charged for the purchase. You can find the IRIS option alongside other payment options like Apple Pay/Google Pay. Available exclusively in Greece.
PayPal
After selecting PayPal at checkout, a new window will open where you’ll be asked to log in to your PayPal account to complete the payment and finalize your purchase.
Klarna - 3 Interest free Payments
Shop now and spread the cost into 3 interest free payments. The installments are automatically deducted from your card. The first payment is made at the checkout, with the remaining two instalments scheduled automatically every 30 days. Minimum purchase of 50€ required. Available exclusively in Greece.
Payment with Klarna is also available in physical stores: Ermou 74 - Athens, River West, The Mall Athens, Piraeus, Tsimiski 32 - Thessaloniki, Heraklion - Crete.

Cash on delivery
Payments can also be made by cash on delivery (valid only for Greece) when you receive the products. The cost of the service is 4.00 euros (VAT included). In case of refusal to receive an order for 2 times, the shipment of any following orders will be made only after they are prepaid.

Our partner bank provides an online platform with the highest security level for every transaction.
Which currencies can I use to make my purchases?
The only currency that can be used is Euro (€). Kindly note that if your bank account is in another currency, the exchange rate that will be used to charge your account will be set by the bank and not by mat. fashion.
How will I know that my order has been registered?
After the completion of your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email, which does not mean that your order has been approved. The order will be approved and sent to you once your credit card and address information have been confirmed.
When will I be charged?
If you pay by debit card, your card is usually charged directly and you will be receiving a confirmation email once all the necessary details have been approved.

Is my card information stored?
Your card information is not stored on our database. Our partner bank provides an online platform with the highest security level for every transaction.
