In case if the item is returned due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error, only if unopened in original packaging, unworn, in the same condition as delivered and with all tags attached, it will be replaced and sent back to the shipper without extra fee.

The product must be in its original packaging, in excellent condition, without any of the special markings (tags) removed. The product must be accompanied by the completed return form, which you will find inside the shipping package. You may exchange the product for another one or request a refund of the product’s value.

For hygiene reasons, cosmetics (BEAUTY category), earrings, underwear (bottoms), shapewear, face protection masks, scented candles and diffusers cannot be exchanged or returned. Swimwear can be exchanged or returned provided that the tags and the protective adhesive strip have not been removed and the product remains in its original condition.
