Return your order using BOX NOW

If you have placed your order using BOX NOW and want to return it, please write your parcel ID (10 digit number) on the parcel or use the shipping label that came with your original parcel. Find your nearest locker, bring your parcel to it, input your parcel ID on the pin pad and press OK. The door will automatically open. Put your parcel inside and close the door! That’s it!

For purchases made with Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay/Google Pay, IRIS, PayPal, KLARNA, returns are free of charge.
For purchases made with Bank Deposit, there is a charge of €2, which will be deducted from your refund or from your next order.

The return cost is €5, which will be deducted from your refund or from your next order.
